Our consultants have worked with three prominent human services consulting firms in the country; MAXIMUS (Child Support, Social Security Administration Ticket to Work, and Title IV-E Foster Care Eligibility), Policy Studies, Inc. (New Hire Reporting, Child Support), and Young Williams Child Support Services (Child Support Consulting), respectively. We have also facilitated events and partnered with a plethora of federal and state agencies such as the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, Maryland Department of Human Resources, Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, to name a few.
Notwithstanding the above referenced experience, Stephenson began his human services career as an Enforcement Case Manager. This is where he was first exposed to child support and the intricate role each component (families, local child support office and employers) play in the child support system. Stephenson has served as Team Lead for the Baltimore City Office of Child Support Enforcement and has even developed Non-Custodial Parent Employment Programs to assist non-custodial parents with job readiness and placement.
By collaborating with some of the most experienced professionals in the human services industry embedded with a family focused approach, WeAreParents is poised to provide solutions to a wide variety of clients.
WeAreParents has served family clients in numerous states, provided training to employers and public agencies on the child support program and administered consulting solutions to other private child support contractors.
