Conflict Mediation and Consulting
Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution that allows parties to resolve their differences on their own terms by a guided dialogue of the issues and concerns. Once the parties come to terms, a parenting plan or contract may be created and entered as an order of the court. Many family court jurisdictions send parents who are party to a custody or visitation petition to mediation before the matter goes to litigation.

Co-Parenting Mediation
Co-Parenting mediation allows a custodial and non-custodial parent to communicate their concerns in a guided conversation. When parents develop a parenting plan through mediation, they are more likely to follow through with the agreement.

WeAreParents facilitates non-judgmental and confidential mediation for parents to resolve their differences. For more information on scheduling a mediation or if you have any questions please call us or e-mail us.

Mediation allows parents and/or disputants to settle differences on their own terms in lieu of the conclusive decision of a judge and/or judicial officer.
